WHEN BODYWORK MEETS BREATHWORK
This is a space to come back to yourself. To soften what you’ve been holding, even the things you didn’t realize you were carrying. Through intuitive touch and conscious breath, your body is gently invited to let go—layer by layer—at its own pace. Sometimes that means release, sometimes it means stillness, and sometimes it simply means finally feeling safe enough to rest. This is not about doing more. It’s about allowing yourself to be met exactly where you are, and remembering what it feels like to be fully present in your own body again.
